Laureti Milescard

  • The Milescard is available for “business persons” only. Business persons include entrepreneurs, independent/freelance professionals, SMEs and corporate executives and employees. The Milescard program is designed to meet travel needs based on the needs and size of the entity or individual. As part of the application, we may verify the entity details you provided. Where business details are not available to obtain, we may ask you to validate your application through card pre-authorisation.

    IF YOU ARE ASKED TO ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, IT WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE FIRST ORDER OF LAURETI PRODUCTS & SERVICES. CARD DETAILS ARE USED FOR VALIDATION PURPOSES ONLY.

    By making the online application, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Membership. You understand if your application is approved, your will be assigned a waitlist service number. On the date of the first service, the terms of the membership pre-contract will become effective and you will be charged £12 / month (billed annually £144) for the first year of Membership, plus a one-time £70 initiation fee, which is non-refundable. Your Membership will renew annually starting 1 year from the date of approval.

  • The following Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your LAURETI MILESCARD (These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of your Laureti MilesCard and govern the relationship between Laureti Group ("Laureti", "we" or "us") and you. Applying for and/ or use of your Milescard will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. If there is anything you do not understand, please write to us using the Contact Us form or via email to milescard@lauretigroup.com Laureti Milescard Membership Our Laureti Milesard is our way to show our appreciation for being the early adopters of our products and services and your loyalty by rewarding you every time you travel in the Laureti Ecosystem. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card under the Scheme rules. Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person or entity. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Laureti Milescard, please get in touch with Laureti Customer Services at info@Laureti.com; alternatively, you can make changes through the Laureti website www.Lauretigroup.com/milescard Laureti Rewards is open to “Business Customers” meaning anyone who owns a business or corporate employee or independent professional/business person and wishes to use Laureti services.

    Laureti will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the programme being cancelled or amended.

    Members will be informed of any significant changes to the Laureti Rewards scheme by email or via our website. Successful membership will automatically entitle you to the rewards, however, the rewards are redeemable subject to the availability of our services in the market. Continued use of the Milescard will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to terms and conditions.

    Rewards Points and Member Benefits

    To receive and redeem points on your Laureti Rewards card you must first register your card online at https://www.Lauretigroup.com/applymilescard To collect miles card points, the registered user name must match that of your Laureti Milescard. A dedicated account page will be later issued to check the current reward point earning levels. Points can be earned on the purchase made on Laureti fleet services and may be extended to partnered services subject to change from time to time. Loyalty miles are not awarded on the purchase of Laureti Gift Milescards, discounted products or purchases paid for with vouchers issued under this scheme. Miles awarded may be reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any reward points earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the card. For current reward points earning levels please see online at www.Lauretigroup.com Please allow up to 24 hours for your points to appear on your online account. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Valid Laureti Rewards points can be redeemed at any time across the selected partnered fleet services of Laureti Group by presenting a valid card at the point of purchase.

    Cancellation and Termination and Expiry Cancellation and redemption:

    You have the right to cancel your Laureti Milescard at any time by returning it to Laureti Customer Services at the following address; 04, Old Park Lane, W1S 1TE. On receipt of the card, any monetary value will be forfeited and any points value cancelled. Your card will no longer be able to be used.

    Laureti reserves the right to terminate any membership of the Milescard Scheme. In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the Scheme that member’s rewards will be forfeited and unused points will be cancelled.

    Your Milescard does not have an expiry date and will renew your membership yearly through automatic billing. However, if you do not use your Laureti Milescard for a period of one year or more, your Laureti Milescard will cease to be valid and any stored monetary value will be forfeited and any accrued miles cancelled. Checking the balance on your Laureti Card will not constitute the use of the Laureti Milescard for these purposes. Expired value cannot be transferred to a new card, redeemed or reinstated. You will not be able to use your Laureti Milescard once it has ceased to be valid.

    Laureti reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Milescard Scheme on reasonable notice; such changes will be posted on www.Laureti.com/milescard. The amended terms will apply to the use of your Milescard.

    Loss, Theft and Damage

    Laureti Mobility Group Ltd including any of its entities are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Milescards. However, if you register your loyalty card with us, we will replace any lost, stolen or damaged cards with a new card. Your replacement card will be posted to your registered business address only and be sent out to you with the balance remaining on it at the time you notified us of your lost/stolen or damaged card. You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your Loyalty Card. Therefore please keep your card safe and do not allow others to use it. If you have registered your Laureti Milescard through the Laureti website, you should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Laureti Milescard.

  • Laureti Ltd does not warrant or represent that your Loyalty card will always be accepted at partnered services. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of Laureti's IT and communications systems, Laureti may not be able to add points or redeem any stored monetary value as payment during such a system failure.

    Neither Laureti Mobility Group Ltd nor any member of its corporate group shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statute or otherwise are expressly excluded.

  • To participate in the Laureti Milescard scheme, members are required to provide personal details to register. This information will be processed by our data protection policies. Members can amend these details at any time by accessing their online account. We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to any other external companies or third-party groups for their marketing purposes. We will use your personal details to send you information about your Milescard and details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you e-mails, please let us know and we will do so immediately. *
